The staff at the restaurant were super friendly.
I experienced quite a bit of noise from above, which disrupted my sleep. While I booked a room with a balcony, the view was obstructed, and I found myself wondering why I didn't receive a better room despite availability. Last but not least, the parking situation was frustrating. The spots were ridiculously small.

It was a real good stay for a wedding, thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was really good and the view was breathtaking.

This hotel was a real letdown, poor water pressure and murky hot tub. I almost thought about giving a good review, but then realized i never got even a complimentary bottle of water, how rude! Was expecting some kind of special treatment after these issues but all i got was a regular room. Dissapointing.

the hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location, right off the ocean even on the sunniest mornings. the room was large and stocked, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the free parking was on-site, top-notch service.
Views appeared to be bad.

Quiet and upscale hotel located in a lovely area close enough to the beautiful surroundings and Canada and Sooke. Elegant rooms with great view and good service. Savoury breakfast with a fabulous view, welcoming staff.

Very good basic equipment, bright, spacious rooms, some with balcony! Good restaurant! In the evening we saw many seals on the pier.
